The Meridian Cavalry is part of a medieval reenactment group called the SCA.  The Meridian Cavalry resides in the Kingdom of Meridies in the southeastern portion of the United States.

The Meridian Cavalry is an extension of the Army of Meridies.

This website hosts all things related to horse activity in the Kingdom of Meridies. Here you will find  rules, events, schedules, information on practices  and any news related to the Meridian Cavalry. This website  also contains information about how to create your own kit and train your horses for cavalry.

Here you can also find links to other Meridian websites, links to other kingdoms' horse sites and links to mounted households within Meridies.

The Cavalry of Meridies is two pronged. On one hand are the heavier martial activities of Mounted combat and Jousting, on the other the games traditionally used to train cavalry soldiers. There are two sites in Meridies with practices every month. One in North Alabama and one in Central Georgia.
